12. Border Trade

Established an office in Muse (Northern Shan State) to carry out border trade with Yunnan Province, People's republic of China, since 1990.

Five Oceans Co., Ltd., one of group of companies, is currently undertaking grand construction of Mandalay Zegyo Plaza (Mandalay Shopping Complex, of International Standard) with the collaboration of Mandalay City Department Committee. The authorized capital of the company is Kyat 100 million divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of 10,000 each 9990 shares have been allotted and paid up. The money in circulation in the business is around one billion Kyats .(Based on Government official exchange rate , 1US$ = 6 Kyats)
